Comment posted to WordPress SEO Theme Talian 5 with AdSense/Clickbank Ads by WordPress SEO Theme Author.
For the Talian banners missing problem see https://www.google-adsense-templates.co.uk/wordpress-theme-talian-with-adsense-and-seo-optimisation.html/comment-page-6#comment-28963 basically you’ve used a folder name you shouldn’t (you can’t use a space in a directory name for a theme).
For selecting different theme styles you go to the Talian admin page that’s linked under the “Appearance” link on the menu on your WordPress Dashboard. With the folder name issue you might have problems with the various styles not working until you remove that space.
There’s 10 readme files with the themes zip file and full instructions are within those files. The files are also linked from this page (see in the middle of this page) links like

As you haven’t got an AdSense account I suggest you turn AdSense off in the settings (which you appear to have worked that out already).
If there are too many Clickbank ads you can turn some off via the clickbank.php files. Edit it in a text editor and read the instructions within, it’s changing a 0 to a 1 for ads you want to turn off.
Based of what you said you’ll be wanting to change:
$FirstAdcb = array(4,2,0,0);
to
$FirstAdcb = array(4,2,1,0);
Make one change at a time and test the results, if you try to disable several ads or something in one edit and make a mistake you’ll not be able to easily backtrack. Always a good idea to make a backup of a file you plan to edit.
You know as you aren’t using AdSense right now you could achieve almost the same result as editing the file above by changing one setting back.
You’ve set
“Clickbank or AdSense First” to “Clickbank 1st/AdSense 2nd”
If you change it back to “AdSense 1st/Clickbank 2nd” it will mean as long as AdSense is turned off your blog Posts and Pages won’t have a Clickbank ad in the top of the main content. It will leave the sidebar ads and the bottom content ads as they are now.
In the next update the ability to turn individual ads on/off will be included. Have coded it into the next release for the AdSense settings and about to do the same for Clickbank. Will mean you can turn any of the ads on/off with a couple of mouse clicks.
