In wordpress dashboard how do I view my site after I create a blog or page, also I can’t find where to find Admin WordPress - presentation - Select Redie 1.0 theme as described in readme files

# How to install: It is easiest to install a WP theme.

1. Unpack this archive in your wp-content/themes/ directory.
2. Go to Admin WordPress and select presentation.
3. Select Redie 1.0 theme
